Method Win Prize Contest

  1. “method Win Prize Contest” is open to all Malaysia residents only except employees and immediate family members of Tradrite Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd- the “Organiser”; their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.
  2. This Contest runs from 1 February 2023 to 30 April 2023 (“Contest Period”). The Contest reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule or extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice.

    Ways to Participate
  3. Purchase any method products from participating outlets during the Contest Period to stand a chance to win Prize.
  4. Submit your entries.
    • Scan the QR code as printed on (i) the promotion in-store Point of Sales materials.
    • Only 1 Proof of Purchase (“Proof of Purchase”) per submission for the Contest. Multiple unique receipt submissions with per participant is allowed.
    • Fill in your full name (as per your Malaysian identification card (“IC”) or passport), IC number or passport number, mobile number, email and submit a photo of the proof of purchase (must be clear and readable) in the microsite for verification purposes.
    • The Organiser shall be entitled to request the original Identity Card or the originals of other supporting documents/materials for verification purposes.
  5. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Contestant from the Contest without prior notification or disclosure of information should the Contestant be suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the Contest terms and conditions.

Top Ten (10) winners with the highest cumulative transaction amount on each campaign month.

Total Thirty (30) Grand Prize winners in 3 contest months.

Twenty (20) lucky winners on each campaign month.

Total Sixty (60) Lucky Prize winners in 3 contest months.

All winners will be announced by 31 May 2023 via method Malaysia Facebook page and website.

Each participant may win only 1 prize. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has won any of the prizes whether it is the Grand Prize, they will no longer be eligible to win any more prizes including the Lucky Prize.

Conditions

  1. The prizes will be delivered to the winner within 2 weeks after winner announcement.
  2. If winner does not provide complete information during the contest period, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other items of similar value without prior notice.
  4. The prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as offered.
  5. The Organizer will not be responsible for any damaged or delayed packages.
  6. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.
  7. All decisions by the organizer are final and binding and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  8. The Organizer, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
  9. By participating in this Contest organized by the Organiser, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our Personal Data Policy and you hereby consent that we may process your personal data for the following purpose of selecting the winner and to contact the winner of the contest. We may also hold your personal data for the purpose of auditing as required by law. Any personal information retained by the Tradrite Marketing(M) Sdn Bhd shall be deleted and removed as and when such information is no longer required.
  10. Please ensure that all of your personal information submitted is accurate and complete. Access to the information, updates and amendments can be made at any time hereafter by contacting us via email or by writing to us and sending it to our address as set in our Personal Data Policy. You may also request likewise if you wish to be removed completely from our database.
