Return Policy

Method Malaysia is committed to customer satisfaction and we hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from us. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items or meet any of the following, you can come back to us within 14 days after the items being received. we'll give you a full refund of the purchase price (less the initial delivery charge), whichever you prefer.

We allow return of products that are :
1) damaged during transit,
2) sent incorrectly
3) product not up to your expectation

If something in your order is faulty and send wrongly, please let us know straight away and we may request you to send us a photography of the order to info@wmsmarketing.com along with your name, your order number and we will replace you with another replacement. Product must in a good condition / unpacked if it's wrongly sent order.

If you have tried our product and it does not meet your expectation, please let us within 14 days after the item is being received at info@wmsmarketing.com .

All request will be inspected by us before proceeding with the refund. Method Malaysia will responsible for the postage costs incurred for returns and redelivery. We can also arrange for our courier to pick up from you if needed. Do advise and we will assist accordingly.
