"method answer & win contest" Terms & Conditions

  1. “method answer & win contest” is open to all Malaysia residents only except employees and immediate family members of Tradrite Marketing - the “Organizer”; their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.
  2. This Contest runs from 17 to 16 November 2019 (“Contest Period”). The Organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule or extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice.

 

Ways to Participate

  1. Click “LIKE” to become a fan of method Malaysia (@MethodMalaysia) Facebook page.
  2. Comment the creative answer in the comment box, under the pinned contest announcement post on method Malaysia Facebook / Instagram page, and share the post with the hashtag #methodmalaysia.
  3. Participants can only send in one entry during the contest period.
  4. Contest will end at 11.59pm, 16 November 2019.
  5. The organizer reserves the right to reject any incomplete or late entry.

 

Criteria for winners

  1. 1 winner with the most creative answer will be selected.
  2. The prize are:

method handwash gel worth RM19.20

 

  1. Winners will be announced on 22 November 2019 via method Malaysia Facebook page. Winners have to ensure that their Facebook profiles are not set to ‘private’ in order for the Organizer to communicate with the winners if needed.
  2. Winners have to produce the following information within 5 days of the winner announcement (Winner announcement will be made on 22 November 2019, and the prizes will be delivered to the winner within 2 weeks).

  5. c) Contact number
  6. d) E-mail address
  7. e) Mailing Address
  8. If winner does not provide complete information by 25 November 2019, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner.
  9. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other items of similar value without prior notice.
  10. The prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as offered.
  11. The Organizer will not be responsible for any damaged or delayed packages.
  12. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.
  13. All decisions by the organizer are final and binding and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  14. The Organizer, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
  15. By participating in this Contest organized by the Organizer, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our Personal Data Policy and you hereby consent that we may process your personal data for the following purpose of selecting the winner and to contact the winner of the contest. We may also hold your personal data for the purpose of auditing as required by law. Any personal information retained by the Tradrite Marketing Sdn Bhd shall be deleted and removed as and when such information is no longer required.
  16. Please ensure that all of your personal information submitted is accurate and complete. Access to the information, updates and amendments can be made at any time hereafter by contacting us via email or by writing to us and sending it to our address as set in our Personal Data Policy. You may also request likewise if you wish to be removed completely from our database (provided that the PDPA 2010 provides the right to the retention of such personal information)
